Well it's been some time since I blogged. I'm fully into this idea and have to thank my best friend for the motivation. When I used to blog I felt it a way to blow of steam or just share my most random thoughts with those who cared. Unlike Facebook where I know most of my "friends" don't give a crap here I know my posts will be apperciated.
Well Logan is now 10 months, crawling, trying to stand on strange objects like his shape toy. I caught him today leaning on it for support trying to stand...Worst idea ever. He is a good sleeper, and now sleeps in his own room. So hard for me, however a change that needed to happen. He is happier in his big ol crib with his classical music playing. Watching him grow is a joy I do wish my sister, and best friend Cassie could be here to share it with me. I miss out on their kids and I know the feeling all too well. So I can understand what it is like for them. He is just changing so much. He has my temper it seems. Pretty chill most the time, only when he needs something badly does he getting angry which is rare. He is just doing so much now days that it amazes me that he isn't even a year old yet. He is really a blessing in my life. Thankful for his Nonna and Papa they do a great job at stepping in and helping me when I feel clueless. =) which all moms do.
Had a game night last night. It was awesome. We had them weekly when we lived in California and it was always my favorite day of the week. So I think it is something we should keep going. Tanya, Libby, and Matt game. We played Sorry which was Tanya's first time and she won...Which I call bull on that how does the first timer win? Any how it was so nice to be with friends, laughing and joking, sharing stories and just being together I hope we can keep game night alive.
Best news, Best friend Cassie, AKA Godmother to my son will be here in just a few short weeks. I am so excited to see her and the girls. I miss them every day. Now if Jaci were coming July would be perfect.
Next big event, Tony's 26th bday is Sunday. We are going to Eat and to see Transformers 3. Pretty excited to see it, although I am pretty sure I will think cars are going to come to life after seeing it (happens every time LOL) Lots of friends are going to I am looking forward to it.
And then in Aug Jimmy (friend from Cali) is coming for a two week visit. so it's about to get busy.
It's been a great week though, reconnecting with old friends, and just enjoying the simple gifts God has given me. I am thankful to have had this week.
