Happy days
Today was lovely. Went out to the ranch to get Logan and ended up spending the afternoon and evening out there. The weather was beautiful. Matt and the girls came out, Bobby and Steph made dinner. I had so much fun. =) The kids were so cute together too. Days like today make me happy. Now on to a busy week, next week I start the new job. I guess I am going to just quit the YMCA why bother right?

Jobs
Well I started my job with the YMCA. First off I love the work I do. Working with kids is where I am meant to be. I love it. Secondly, I should say my schedule has been crazy. One day I am going to a school in Andover for 1 hour the next day I am going to a school in the hood. This is not ideal or what I was promised when hired. I have a child whom I keep out of daycare and would like to continue to be his number one care giver for the next year. It worked at first because I was told I was going to be in Andover schools only which was perfect because Steph could take Logan free of charge. Today things took a turn. Two different teachers now want me to go work as a para for their classrooms. It all started because Steph said something (which I am thankful for) she had me to talk to the teacher who wanted me to work for her. And she told to me to put it my application and that she would then call me in for an interview. =) So I did as she asked. I got an email for another teacher at Wheatland (another school in Andover) asking if I would interview for a job at her school. I beyond excited. I am ahead of my goals, and I know this would be hard work but perfect for me. Not to mention I will be in the Andover school system so when I am done with school and needing a teaching job I will already have one landed. Along with my observing hours (45) will be done because I can't count the time I spend in my para job. =) I am super excited and so thankful to Steph, and those who are helping me to reach my current career goals. Libby or her mom will be watching Logan for now, and hopefully next year I will be full time in the school and Logan will be in a pre-school program in Andover. Good things happening.
